LEASE DETAILS

The property is available from mid May by negotiation on a fully furnished basis. No children, pets or smokers.

DEPOSIT, RENT AND REFERENCES

A deposit of one month’s rent and monthly rental is required in advance.

This should be paid in full with cleared funds prior to the commencement of the tenancy.

A credit check will be performed at our cost.

A Bank reference is required to confirm that the tenant is able to meet the monthly rent.

A reference is also required from a previous Landlord, where applicable.

A character reference will also be sought which should be from a professional person who has known the tenant for a minimum of three years.

An employer’s reference and salary details required.

(We will request names and addresses from the tenant and contact the referees directly.)

A valid Housing Permit or Employment Permit (Right to Work document) must be provided for the tenant and each individual occupying the property, other than the immediate family of the tenant.

Proof of identification is also required for each tenant.
